Conchita is a highly experienced holistic therapist with a calm, compassionate approach to healing. She has been practising complementary therapies since 1992, including massage, aromatherapy, Usui Reiki and Angelic Reiki, and considers it a privilege to support people on their individual wellbeing journeys.

Alongside her holistic work, Conchita has a strong clinical background, having worked for many years as a Respiratory Therapist (Physiologist) within hospital and medical settings. This combination of medical knowledge and complementary therapy experience allows her to offer a balanced, thoughtful and supportive approach to care.

Angelic energy work is an integral part of Conchita’s practice. She trained as an Angelic Teacher with the Diana Cooper School and is now an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher. With a background in education, she also enjoys sharing her knowledge through workshops, talks and classes.

Conchita specialises in Clinical Aromatherapy, with over 20 years’ experience in the complementary health field and 15 years in respiratory healthcare, including both clinical practice and teaching roles. Her treatments are fully bespoke, beginning with a confidential consultation to understand each client’s physical, emotional and lifestyle needs. From this, she creates personalised essential oil blends using therapeutic-grade oils, delivered through long, flowing massage strokes that support the nervous system, circulation and deep relaxation.
