Low Level Light Laser therapy & Physiotherapy

I am a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist, providing tailored assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I combine hands-on therapy, rehabilitation, and a whole-body approach to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free. In the initial appointment we will review your pain and the impact it is having on your life, and collaborate to develop a treatment plan which works for youand your needs, building on this as the appointments progress.

I became a physiotherapist following my own experience with injury, which gives me a greater understanding of the challenges, frustrations, and uncertainties that can come with pain and recovery. I will listen to your concerns and adapt your treatment plan to support what matters most to you, while working alongside the incredible team of specialists at the Health Barn.

I have been working with Hazel to learn more about Erchonia low level lasers and how these enhance the bodies processes, looking at how they reduce inflammation, accelerate tissue healing, and support overall wellbeing as part of a comprehensive treatment approach, or as an individual treatment.

Outside of work I enjoy a range of hobbies including horse riding, trampolining, hiking, and cycling. As someone who enjoys a busy lifestyle I understand how frustrating it can be when an injury limits this. I use my physiotherapy knowledge to support my enjoyment of these hobbies and believe everyone would benefit from short treatments to feel and perform their best.
