Hayley is a married Mum of two children and while being a full time Mum recognised her spiritual self was developing. 10 years ago Hayley and her family moved to South Lakes and this is where she met her first Usui Reiki teacher which coincided with her own spiritual journey intensifying. This led to Hayley looking at the energy and body systems and a deep interest in complementary therapies began which is when she embarked on training to become a holistic therapist.

Studying at The Devon Academy for Holistic Therapies Hayley gained an iTec level 3 qualification in both Swedish Body Massage and Reflexology to add to her being a reiki practitioner.

In 2020 The Healing Tree was born, Hayley’s own business where she has a passion for sharing how the body and energy system speak to us and how we can all use alternative medicine and complementary therapies to promote self-healing, reduce stress and anxiety and induce a state of deep relaxation and overall health. Nurturing and sharing her knowledge is the essence of all Hayleys sessions.

Hayley has further developed her skills with CPD (continued professional development) qualifications in Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue massage, Indian Head massage, Holistic Facials and Angelic Reiki. Striving for a high standard and to continue developing her knowledge so that she can offer her clients a blend and range of treatments to better suit their needs Hayley makes sure her qualifications are in depth and recognised by the regulatory bodies for association memberships. Hayley is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists one of the leading membership organisations for quality and care.
