As well as being an orthopaedic and musculoskeletal specialist, Rosanna is a pelvic health expert, and one of the only Mummy MOT practitioners in the whole of Cumbria. She believes no woman should have to just get on with the lesser spoken about issues, which are all too common and undertreated. But this isn’t just limited to pregnancy and childbirth related concerns, as peri-menopause and the menopause can also affect our pelvic floor (bowel, bladder, prolapse, sexual health), and our core (stomach, back, hips) or whole body.

Rosanna’s aim is very much to work with you on a partnership level, and to be your coach and cheerleader. She will tailor your treatment plan to you, and will discuss this with you at your first session.

For Pilates sessions, Rosanna runs these in blocks of 6 (preferably with 1-2 week intervals, but can be adjusted to your needs). If you’d like to book in with a friend or partner the price would be shared between you. (1:1 or 1:2)
