Birth preparation events are held in small groups of other pregnant women, suitable for everyone from around 25 weeks and onwards.
We will explore yoga postures and movement together- for late pregnancy and birth. We will spend time understanding what you might need in birth, and what to look forward to. We will prepare for all births, with compassion and honesty- time spent examining our feelings and our fears is invaluable.
These events always include postpartum preparation, workbooks to take home to continue the work with your birth partner- some massage, nourishing snacks and warm drinks, and deep relaxation for you to connect deeply just you and baby.
