Rosanna Marshallsay

BSc Physiotherapist, MCSP

Rosanna Marshallsay is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Wellbeing Coach, with 15 years experience in both the NHS and private healthcare settings. Over the years she has amassed a vast array of skills, knowledge and experience, which has culminated in her being able to work with people from all walks of life, and with a myriad of physical symptoms.

For the past decade she has weaved Pilates into many of her sessions with clients, along with tailored exercise, relaxing hands-on therapeutic touch / massage, and mind-body-nervous system coaching.

She is a passionate advocate of the inter-connectedness of mind-body-soul, and how our emotional wellbeing can affect our physical health. She has undertaken intense rigorous training with some of the world’s top pain specialists through an organisation called SIRPA (www.sirpa.org.uk), who apply this mind-body approaching to finding freedom from persistent pain and body symptoms, and combines this approach with a trauma-informed somatic therapy known as Embodied Processing.
