Registered as a UKCP Psychotherapist Kerry trained with The Northern Guild in Newcastle, and completed her Masters Degree in Psychotherapy in 2016. She is also an Accredited Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Practitioner which is a type of psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
As well as having her private practice, Kerry also works as a Psychological Therapist for The Fire Fighters Charity.
Kerry helps people who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, phobias, relationship issues, anger, trauma, abuse, PTSD, pain, bereavement, panic and much more.
She is married and is mum to two children and in her spare time enjoys cycling, running and renovating her house (a long project!)
Before Kerry trained to became a Psychotherapist, she worked in Human Resources within the NHS and holds a Masters Degree in HR. She has a good understanding of personnel and work related issues which people experience.
Counselling and psychotherapy are charge at £50 and EMDR sessions £60.
